Schnell
Mrs. Mary Schnell, 92, of the Town of Liberty, Rt. 1, Manitowoc, died at her home Tuesday evening.
Funeral services will be a 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Liberty, with the Rev. Samuel Kugler officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Schnell was born Feb. 28, 1866, on the homestead farm in the Town of Liberty where she spent her entire life, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Johann Wehausen, April 17, 1885, she was married to John Schnell and he died in 1919. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Ladies Aed Society.
Surviving are twin daughters, Mrs. Mary Fischer of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, and Mrs. Anna Lippert of Tucson, Ariz. two sons, Edwin and John of Rt. 1, Manitowoc, eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A son, Fred. preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Berge Funeral Home, Valders, after 3 p.m. Thursday and after 11 a.m. at the church.
