Information about Citizens’ register of Bremen from 1812

Under the call number 2-ad D.20.c.4.b.2. the State Archive Bremen stores a citizens register of Bremen from 1812 the so called “Listes civiques”. This register was created on behalf of the former French administration.
In that time, Bremen was divided into cantons. The historic center is parted in east and west canton, while the expanded town and the suburbs were own cantons.   
The following list is a transcript of the original.
There is listed information about the hoseholder, mostly under specification of age, profession, sometimes even condition or financial circumstances below every house number.
